What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day and scheduled clinical supervision
• monitor treatment quality
• review treatment plans, notes, assessments, and discharge records
• coach staff on documentation and clinical practice
• support regulatory and confidentiality compliance
• coordinate individualized treatment plans
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings, audits, incident reviews, and staff development
• participate in weekend or Saturday coverage when required.
