What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes
• maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow sanitation standards
• assist with kitchen inventory and report shortages
• operate and clean kitchen equipment safely
• ensure portion sizes and presentation meet standards
• train others on kitchen equipment
• coordinate with kitchen team members
• manage cooking times
• follow food handling and storage procedures
• complete checkout lists when the supervisor is absent.
