The Direct Support Professional — Residential Services, Part-Time role is based in Paterson, NJ, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Support residents with shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, grooming, and hygiene
• support individual health and service plans
• observe, document, and report health or behavioral changes
• assist with social, recreational, and educational activities
• monitor health and administer prescribed medication
• inspect equipment and furnishings and report malfunctions
• drive or escort residents to programs, activities, and appointments as assigned
• prepare progress notes
• communicate with residents’ families and friends
• maintain a clean and safe environment and follow agency policies.
