Membership Sales & Wellness Coach

The Membership Sales & Wellness Coach role is onsite in Tampa, FL, and pays $15–$16 per hour plus commission. Perspire’s mission is to make wellness accessible through technology-based solutions and create a supportive guest experience. The role combines hospitality, wellness education and membership guidance to help guests understand studio services and select plans aligned with their goals. It also supports smooth studio operations through appointment management, follow-up and upkeep of the guest environment.

What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly
• create a calm and welcoming studio atmosphere
• educate guests about services and help them choose wellness plans
• conduct studio tours and answer questions
• make follow-up calls to leads and trial guests
• recommend memberships
• manage appointments and sales using booking software
• maintain a clean, organized studio
• assist with room turnover and towel organization
• support administrative tasks and membership updates.
