What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads
• conduct tours of offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and amenities
• qualify prospects and present pricing and terms
• prepare license agreements and coordinate signing and move-in
• maintain lead and deal records
• follow up on leads
• support local outreach
• assist members, coordinate onboarding and move-outs, inspect shared spaces, coordinate minor maintenance, and support renewals and retention.
