Client Retention Specialist

The specialist serves as a primary contact for clients, supports account retention and sales goals, and helps customers manage rental accounts toward ownership. The role contributes to customer relationships and store performance through account follow-up, payment support, and service.

What you'll do

• Contact clients by phone as the primary company contact
• set daily collection goals and maintain accurate customer information
• review rental orders for compliance and approval
• work with clients on past-due accounts and affordable programs to restore good standing
• explain the benefits of timely rental or lease renewal payments
• assist store coworkers during peak activity, absences, or planned time off.
