Bilingual Field Operations Specialist, Human Services Program

What you'll do

• Conduct in-person visits in an assigned region
• verify participant residences
• document general safety and wellness indicators and household information
• use approved mobile tools and secure systems
• coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, language access, quality review, and program operations
• complete follow-up visits and records
• and escalate safety concerns under program procedures. Frequent travel of 75%–90%, including regional and overnight travel, is required.
