What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide courteous service in person and by phone
• answer internal and external calls
• manage patient flow and appointment schedules
• collect correct payments
• complete daily reconciliations and cash drawer closeout
• perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned
• use Microsoft Office applications
• travel to multiple work locations with minimal notice when needed.
