Rental Sales Advisor

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and identify transportation needs
• explain rental agreements, policies, protection options, vehicle features, and return procedures
• resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues
• follow the company’s 6-Step Rental Process
• recommend optional products, services, protection products, and vehicle upgrades
• prepare accurate rental agreements and customer records
• maintain vehicle status and rental data
• coordinate with Fleet Services on vehicle availability, dispatch, and returns
• report damage, maintenance concerns, and operational issues
• assist with vehicle movement as business needs require
• follow company policies and brand standards
• participate in training and coaching.
