The Lead Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Everett, WA. Pay is $19.77–$24 per hour. The position joins Discovery Childcare’s early learning team and supports preschool children’s development through a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. The teacher leads classroom operations, plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum, supports children’s social-emotional development, communicates with families, and collaborates with assistant teachers. The role also maintains licensing, health, safety, documentation, and staff-to-child ratio requirements.
