What you'll do

• Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to inquiries
• communicate with vendors and suppliers about invoices, payments, and accounts
• support supplier accounts receivable reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
• assist with accounts payable processing
• maintain accounting records
• support month- and year-end activities
• compile reports and assist with projects
• follow company accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality.
