What you'll do

• Manage daily store operations and develop team members, clients, and volunteers. Oversee customer service, facility cleanliness and safety, inventory, cash handling, register balancing, financial reporting, audits, product logistics, hiring, training, scheduling, timecards, supplies, performance indicators, donations, security, and compliance. Work Mondays and Fridays, at least three Saturdays per month, and the first and last day of the month
• open and close the store at least twice weekly.

Why this role
