What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform reception duties
• take and relay complete messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• prepare brochures for marketing
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident lists and registers
• manage resident and family appointments
• maintain the desk and entry area
• distribute mail
• and maintain resident forms.
