What you'll do

• Respond to support requests by phone, email, Jira, or in person
• install and configure computers and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• escalate complex problems and document them
• maintain support and equipment records
• assist with updates, patches, and basic network configurations
• guide users
• liaise with IT teams and vendors
• monitor compliance with service agreements.
