What you'll do

• Supervise front-of-house employees and monitor operational flow
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• partner with culinary leadership
• oversee the floor during service and delegate assignments
• engage with guests and resolve service issues
• ensure food and beverages meet presentation standards and recipes
• support sales, service, and appearance goals
• assist with labor management and scheduling
• maintain health, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• identify safety hazards and take corrective action
• facilitate meetings and training.
