Property Management Data Entry Clerk — Multi-Site Portfolio

The Property Management Data Entry Clerk role is in person in Bremerton, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. Elevated Property Services supports the financial operations of a portfolio of properties. The clerk processes accounting activity across multiple properties, maintaining accurate and timely records. The role supports accounts payable and receivable, variance review, vendor coordination, audit documentation, and the accounting team’s budget and software work.

What you'll do

• Process vendor and contractor invoices and monitor tenant rent collections
• compare trailing 12-month results with prior periods and flag significant changes
• maintain vendor and contractor relationships and track work orders
• assist with accounting compliance and audit documentation
• support budgets and software implementation.
