What you'll do

• administer contracts and provide technical assistance and field operations support
• manage subcontracts and material supply agreements, including negotiation, procurement, and delivery schedules
• guide execution to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• report progress on budget, safety, and schedule to executives
• maintain relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients
• lead project closeout and punch-list documentation
• mentor junior associates.
