What you'll do

• Implement Child Watch policies and procedures
• start and end the program on time and prepare the room
• organize and clean the room at the end of each shift
• interact with children and learn their names, abilities, and interests
• create or implement age-appropriate activities
• execute emergency procedures
• maintain professional conduct while representing the YMCA.
