What you'll do

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys
• complete an average of one survey per day or five per week
• conduct structured surveys using company-provided technology and project protocols
• accurately record responses while maintaining confidentiality
• communicate respectfully with participants and the research team
• use translation services when needed
• manage assignments and records, meet deadlines, and travel locally for in-person interviews.
