The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority delivers drinking water to three million residents and works to protect public resources. The analyst develops, configures, supports, and maintains the authority’s Infor CloudSuite HCM applications, working with Human Resources, Payroll, and MIS to deliver reliable functionality and technical solutions for organizational needs.

What you'll do

  • Analyze, code, configure, implement, maintain, and support Infor CloudSuite HCM applications
  • administer HCM applications
  • collaborate with MIS, HR, and Payroll
  • translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • develop and test configurations, workflows, and reports
  • configure user roles and permissions
  • troubleshoot issues
  • support payroll, Global Human Resources, and Workforce Management configurations
  • support integrations and compliance-form distribution
  • maintain technical documentation
  • assist with IT continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least five years supporting ERP applications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ITIL Foundation certification is required or must be obtained within one year.
