UI/UX Designer, Regrello

Job overview

The UI/UX Designer role is hybrid in Phoenix, AZ, with a stated rate of $90–$110 per hour on a C2C/1099 basis and a contract length of 12+ months. The role supports Regrello, an AI-native workflow orchestration platform for coordinating operational processes and information. The designer creates user-centered experiences for workflow and process-automation solutions, translating business requirements and user research into usable interfaces. The work includes research, interaction and visual design, design-system maintenance, accessibility, and collaboration with product and engineering teams through Agile delivery.

What you'll do

• Design workflow and process-automation experiences
• define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models
• conduct interviews, discovery, and usability testing
• create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive designs
• maintain reusable components and design standards
• collaborate with product, business analysis, and engineering teams
• support Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and design validation
• address accessibility and usability standards.
