What you'll do

• Lead preparation and presentation of cold food items
• supervise and assist Cook II and III with station setup, preparation, and plating
• prepare buffet and plated presentations
• organize mise en place
• collaborate with chefs on seasonal and event menus
• uphold food safety and sanitation
• monitor inventory and communicate shortages
• train and mentor lower-level cooks
• maintain cold kitchen cleanliness and organization
• attend required training and meetings.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a Garde Manger role, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Culinary school training and large-scale banquet or hotel experience are preferred. Food Handler’s Card must be obtained.
