What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach Internet Sales Consultants
• answer customer calls and establish appointment follow-ups
• respond to internet, phone, and live-chat inquiries using scripts and templates
• provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources
• present initial financing options based on customer needs
• follow up with leads and no-shows
• participate in team and process development.
