What you'll do

• Oversee second-shift production, maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse activities
• coach supervisors and support employees
• reinforce food safety, workplace safety, product quality, and regulatory standards
• identify efficiency and waste-reduction opportunities
• align staffing, materials, equipment, inventory, and schedules
• ensure employees have training and resources
• resolve operational challenges with supervisors and plant leadership
• coordinate shift handoffs and follow up on corrective actions
• provide feedback and address performance concerns with Human Resources.
