The IT System Administrator, Journeyman role is onsite at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA, with compensation of $90,000–$105,000 per year. The role supports Credence’s Air Combat Command Intelligence Directorate (A2) program, specifically A21. The administrator provides lifecycle maintenance and technical support for mission-critical C2/C4I assets and military networks. By maintaining systems, resolving incidents, managing configurations and assets, and supporting secure communications, the role helps sustain the directorate’s operational technology environment.

What you'll do

• Maintain and support C2/C4I assets across military networks
• support workstations, servers, network infrastructure, storage, mobile devices, and VTC systems
• install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• manage inventory, warranties, shipping, and asset records
• maintain configuration and IA documentation
• administer Windows- and Unix-based systems, backups, logs, and mission applications
• follow DISA STIGs and AFNETOPS directives
• resolve trouble tickets
• support VTC operations and training
• lead and train ITECs.
