What you'll do

• Assist with setup and operation of SMT machines
• load feeders, components, and materials
• monitor machine performance and report issues
• visually inspect circuit boards for defects
• follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
• maintain production efficiency and quality
• keep the work area organized
• support rework or touch-up processes as needed.
