Weekend Receptionist

What you'll do

• Use proper phone etiquette
• receive and direct people entering the facility
• perform typing and secretarial tasks
• distribute paychecks according to policy
• receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries
• follow safety techniques and protect facility equipment and supplies
• support resident and family relations
• comply with privacy practices protecting residents’ health information.
