What you'll do

• Implement a rigorous, inquiry-based curriculum aligned with classical education principles, including ELA, math, and humanities
• design lessons using Socratic questioning, discussion, and hands-on activities
• adapt instruction to diverse learning styles and student needs
• establish academic and behavioral expectations
• maintain an organized classroom
• engage in feedback and professional learning
• communicate with scholars, families, and colleagues.
