The Licensed Massage Therapist — Spa and Wellness role is onsite in Aspen, CO, with flexible scheduling between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekdays and weekends. Compensation is $44.50–$63 per commission hour. The therapist supports The Springs Resort & Spa’s Spa & Wellness team and its geothermal soaking and holistic wellness experience. The therapist provides customized therapeutic and relaxation services, consults with guests about their needs and wellness goals, and maintains treatment standards and sanitation. The role contributes to guest well-being and a welcoming resort experience while coordinating with spa colleagues.

What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic, relaxation, deep-tissue, and specialty massage services within licensure and spa protocols
• consult with guests and customize treatments
• explain the potential wellness benefits of combining massage with geothermal soaking
• maintain confidential records and sanitation standards
• recommend relevant retail products and add-on services when appropriate
• coordinate schedules and participate in team meetings and training.

Why this role

Active Colorado massage therapy license required before the first workday, or an active out-of-state LMT license with MBLEx on file and Colorado licensure before starting. CPR/First Aid certification must be current or obtained within 30 days of hire. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
