The Phlebotomist role is onsite in Providence, RI, with stated pay of $24–$25 per hour. Everleap Fertility provides reproductive medicine services and supports patient care through its fertility practices and laboratories. The phlebotomist collects and processes specimens used in infertility diagnosis and treatment while helping patients feel comfortable. The role supports clinical staff and specimen integrity through accurate identification, labeling, handling, and compliance with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Identify patients
• perform and explain venipuncture and other required specimen collection
• draw blood, label and centrifuge specimens
• store and transport samples according to procedures
• comply with OSHA and DEP regulations
• maintain a clean, stocked phlebotomy area
• reassure patients and help ease anxieties.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, with weekend rotation; must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. Three or more years of recent venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting and EMR experience are required. Phlebotomy program completion is highly preferred.
