What you'll do

• File annual 1099s accurately and on time
• process monthly employee reimbursements
• respond to vendor inquiries as needed
• provide backup to the accounts payable clerk
• enter benefit information and liability adjustments
• renew agency vehicle registrations and maintain compliance
• assist external auditors
• reconcile multiple bank accounts
• maintain expense coding and employee credit card system accuracy
• protect confidentiality
• respond to client and public inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
