What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
• clean food-service areas and production equipment
• follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• maintain appearance, hygiene, and health standards
• document service measures for regulatory compliance
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
