CNC Operator

Job overview

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay is $19–$25 per hour. Global Thermoforming manufactures thermoformed plastic parts. The operator sets up and runs CNC trim equipment to produce parts that meet blueprint and quality specifications. The role contributes to production by adjusting equipment, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records and a safe work area.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC trim machines and related equipment
• read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and part specifications
• use CNC software and computer controls
• calibrate and adjust machines
• select and install tooling
• set tolerances, cutting speeds, and machine parameters
• perform test runs
• inspect finished parts
• troubleshoot production issues
• perform routine maintenance
• maintain production and machine records
• keep the work area safe, clean, and organized
• meet quality and production standards.
