The Cook role is onsite in Natick, MA. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $2 per hour through tip share. The cook supports Smashburger’s restaurant team in preparing food and delivering its guest experience. The role prepares menu items to recipe standards, maintains food quality and safety, and works with teammates to keep the kitchen and restaurant clean and operating efficiently. No prior experience is required, and training is provided.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards
• ensure food quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• work with teammates in a fast-paced kitchen
• maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• operate grills, fryers, knives, and other kitchen equipment
• follow preparation, stocking, and closing systems
• support team members and assist in the dining area as needed.
