What you'll do

• Supervise the Associate Manager of Teen Voice & Leadership
• lead strategy, design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives
• lead Teen Curators with library partners
• oversee Teen Voices and other publishing and creative programs
• develop teen-created content across print, digital, and social platforms
• oversee YAPS social media
• support teen volunteer experiences
• manage budgets, vendors, partnerships, timelines, and deliverables
• assess programs using participation data and feedback.
