The Quality Engineer Intern – Spring 2027 is an onsite internship in Grand Rapids, MI, expected to run January 11 through April 23 for 20 hours per week. Compensation is $22 per hour. By helping improve processes and products and translating customer requirements into quality plans, the intern contributes to the department’s quality objectives.

What you'll do

• Assist Quality Engineers with process and product improvement
• provide administrative support to the Quality Department
• create receiving work instructions and quality plans
• review FPI, FAI, Delta FPI, Delta FAI, and qualification reports and occasionally help create reports
• establish PFMEAs
• continue implementation of the Keyence system for defect improvement
• contribute to cost of poor quality analysis and improvement work.
