What you'll do

• Lead front desk representatives and provide constructive feedback
• assist with daily operations and staff management
• train staff in customer service, iClassPro, point of sale, and promotional items
• provide sales and marketing training
• conduct new-hire training
• support facility cleanliness
• host monthly front desk workshops
• set sales incentives with the owner and managers.
