What you'll do

• Support daily production execution and resolve floor issues
• develop processes and calibration procedures
• monitor utilization and work-in-process flow
• improve machining, automated assembly, automated anodize, inspection, and cleaning work centers
• collaborate on CNC mill programming using Siemens NX CAM
• apply GD&T, tooling, feeds and speeds, fixturing, metrology, and inspection expertise
• support equipment integration and commissioning
• contribute to design-for-manufacturing discussions
• analyze process data and implement corrective actions
• maintain documentation
• collaborate on production metrics and dashboards.
