What you'll do

• Prepare menu items including soups, sauces, and salads
• discuss daily production with chefs
• follow recipes and portion guidelines
• prepare pizza dough, select toppings, and cook pizzas
• time orders
• maintain and clean the station and equipment
• check food quality and presentation
• contribute needed items to food orders
• rotate stored food
• follow safety and health procedures.
