What you'll do

• Monitor general access areas and enforce safety rules
• oversee shift operations, volunteers, front desk, mail, gear check-in, donations, and phones
• refer clients to social services and coordinate with case management
• respond to complaints and emergencies
• maintain databases, intake forms, and daily logs
• conduct hourly facility walks
• assist with cleaning and laundry
• protect confidential client information and follow mandated reporting procedures.
