What you'll do

• Lead divorce, child custody, support, and other family law matters from strategy through resolution
• manage litigation, negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials
• supervise, mentor, and support attorneys and legal professionals
• develop case strategies
• delegate work and oversee case progress
• monitor deadlines, performance metrics, and team productivity
• collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows, client experience, and operational efficiency
• use technology and AI-enabled tools to support productivity and legal service delivery.

Why this role
