HVAC Service Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily service operations
• manage technician schedules and dispatch
• monitor service calls and workflow
• help resolve field and customer issues
• review invoices and job records
• track department performance and KPIs
• maintain safety and quality standards
• support maintenance and demand-service operations
• coach and mentor technicians
• improve scheduling, workflow, productivity, and efficiency
• assist with budgeting and cost control.
