The Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD, with work in residential homes and community settings. Pay is $18.70 per hour. The role contributes by implementing approved support plans, assisting with daily needs, documenting progress, and helping individuals participate in community life.

What you'll do

• Assist with information gathering for Individual Support Plans, planning meetings, assessments, and reviews
• implement support, behavior, and nursing care plans
• assist with daily living, meal preparation, housekeeping, and authorized medication support
• support community activities and employment
• maintain a safe environment
• observe and document changes
• complete required records
• safeguard individual rights
• communicate with support teams
• transport individuals to approved destinations
• respond to emergencies
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role
