The role supports 3DE by Junior Achievement, a nonprofit organization working to make high school education more relevant and connected to the real world. The Senior Director leads school-based teams and supports effective implementation of the 3DE model in partnership with school leadership. The role develops implementation managers, uses data and feedback to guide improvement, and strengthens relationships among schools, district leaders, and the local 3DE team.

What you'll do

• Supervise and evaluate school implementation managers
• provide coaching and guidance
• be present onsite at schools
• plan with school leaders to set goals and action plans
• support teacher capacity, student outreach and enrollment, and community/business partner engagement
• monitor quality assurance data
• identify opportunities to streamline resources
• serve as liaison among schools, JA leadership, and the district.
