What you'll do

• Handle No-Fault and third-party liability insurance defense matters. Research statutes, regulations, and case law
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and discovery. Develop case strategies, advise clients, conduct discovery, assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations, negotiate settlements, and manage assigned cases and deadlines.
