What you'll do

• Provide direct care and support to an individual with developmental disabilities
• assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• administer medication and monitor vital signs under nurse supervision
• implement individualized care plans and respect resident rights
• assist with meal preparation and feeding
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• provide companionship and engage the individual in recreational activities.
