What you'll do

• Enter monthly client requisitions and post daily cash receipts
• process project accounts payable for materials and subcontracts
• enter and reconcile credit card charges
• collect and review subcontractor Certificates of Insurance
• analyze and reconcile project financials
• prepare financial reports
• maintain vehicle fleet records
• assist with semi-monthly payroll, audits, and special projects.
