What you'll do

• Prepare and serve daily lunches and snacks according to menus and schedules

• follow food safety and sanitation requirements

• label and rotate food
• monitor inventory
• receive deliveries
• follow allergy and dietary procedures
• coordinate meal schedules
• wash dishes and complete cleaning tasks
• maintain applicable food service records.
