What you'll do

• Manage 4–12 student bands during weekly rehearsals
• facilitate song selection, arrangements, and setlists
• communicate with students, parents, and instructors about schedules and progress
• coordinate shows, dress rehearsals, and stage setup
• mentor students
• maintain a safe and productive rehearsal environment
• support administrative and event tasks as needed.
