What you'll do

• Design scenarios involving disputed coverage and complex claims
• create claim strategies, coverage analyses, authority requests, litigation-management plans, reserve rationales, and escalation recommendations
• write reference responses
• grade AI-generated responses against rubrics
• identify unsupported or inconsistent claims positions
• provide written feedback to the research team.
